I was born and raised in the Scottish Highlands, on a farm that’s been in my family for generations. I love being outdoors, tending to the plants and animals or helping my father with DIY projects around the farm. Life is simple but fulfilling.

Then one day, I met Ruth. We fell deeply in love and were soon married. Together we had two wonderful sons whom I did all I could to show everything I had learnt from growing up on a farm – especially during these difficult times when it seems that people are slowly losing touch with their natural environment due to technology taking over so much of modern life.

I was delighted when each of my boys showed an interest in continuing the family tradition and taking over the farm someday. They’re the future of our community, and I know they’ll make me proud( they also help me with the website 🙂
